Red meat is our foundation and no where on earth is this cornerstone of our diet more celebrated than in Chicago on a cold and wintry night where the faint sounds of laughter\, music and the beating of tables reverberates down from the Marunde Ballroom at the Dank Haus across the Brown Line El tracks and into the soul of the city of big shoulders. \nThe shark in Jaws\, affectionately called Bruce after Steven Speilbergs lawyer had the right idea.
