Parents Move, Littles Groove is a special morning at REFORM STUDIOS designed to support parents through intentional movement, community, and care.
Participants will enjoy their choice of a group Pilates class or a prenatal mat class, while their little ones are cared for with FREE onsite childcare provided by Guidepost Montessori. This event is created to give parents time to move their bodies, connect, and recharge—without the stress of finding childcare.
